LAST UPDATE: 29/01/2026By commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.PAYMENTS
1. Full payment is required upfront before any work begins, including sketches.
2. Payment is accepted via PayPal only and must be made in GBP.
3. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full.PRODUCT DELIVERY
4. Completed commissions will be delivered digitally via email (Gmail) to the address provided by the client.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and capable of receiving large files.
6. Once the final files have been delivered, I am no longer responsible for file loss, deletion, or access issues on the client’s side.
7. Estimated turnaround time is approximately 1–2 weeks after payment and commission approval. Completion time may vary depending on complexity and workload.REFERENCES & COMMUNICATION
8. At least one clear visual reference is required for each commission.
9. Clients are expected to communicate in a timely manner regarding feedback, approvals, revisions, and general correspondence throughout the commission process.
10. Extended periods of unresponsiveness may be treated as implicit approval of the current progress and direction of the piece.
11. I will provide periodic progress updates throughout the commission process. These updates may include low-resolution or watermarked previews for security purposes.REVISIONS
12. Up to 3 major revisions are included during the sketch phase.
13. The client has a right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered piece. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
14. The client agrees to pay the total amount specified in GBP.
15. The client is responsible for any currency conversion fees, transaction fees, bank charges, or payment provider fees associated with sending payment.
16. Payment is considered complete only once the full invoiced amount has been received in GBP.REFUND POLICY
17. Clients may request a full refund if there has been no progress or communication for 1 month. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
18. Unless otherwise agreed, commissions are for personal use only.
19. Any commercial usage, redistribution, reproduction, merchandising, publishing, or resale of the artwork must be approved by me beforehand and may require a separate commercial agreement and additional fees.
20. The client does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
21. The client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
22. I retain the right to display commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media unless a separate privacy agreement has been arranged beforehand. A £10 privacy fee will apply.CANCELLATIONS
23. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
24. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I will have full right to refuse any service to the client in the future.
PROCESS
1. Contact me via Instagram.2. I will then send you a commissions form to complete.3. Once all is confirmed, I will provide the payment details and begin sketching.4. I will send progress updates (sketch → lineart → colour/render) for approval at key stages.5. Final artwork will be delivered in high resolution Gmail.
